Landhaus-Königsberg, Vorberg 360 Ebengütlweg

Super friendly host, always eager to help (when the bulb broke in our bathroom, he fixed it right after he got back from work and also gave as cake as an apology!). The apartament was ultra spacious, easily for 4 people. The apartament was very well equiped, especially the kitchen. If you are into cross country skiing the trails are like 20 meters from the house! If you want to ski, there you need to ride 15 minutes to Schladming from which you can easily access each of Dachstein-Schladming mountains.

Beware that the road from Schladming to Vorberg is a steep and curvy one.

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful. Between mountains, easy and quick access to different attractions. The owner was very nice, kind and helpful - any question had answer in a few minutes. The house has everything we needed - even heating, because it was very cold summer and the owners of the place really took care of us. We enjoyed it very much!

The host of was very friendly and even greeted us with a few beverages and some cake, even though we arrived later than planned. The apartment has enough space to accommodate 5 people and have breakfast / dinner together in the kitchen. The Schladming skiing resorts are easily reachable by car within a few minutes drive. If it snows a lot, AWD or chains for the car might be necessary.

Not a big criticism and maybe my own fault (I don't know if it is stated somewhere, but if, I have missed it), but we did not realize that the bathroom is only accessible through one of the other bedrooms. It was not an issue for us, as we are all good friends, but for some people this might be a problem, if somebody has to go through your bedroom at night when they want to use the bathroom.

The host was very nice, brought us apfel strudel. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay. 15 minutes by car to Schladming Planai or Pichl. Very nice balcony, if you are there during warmer months.

Very good value for money. Spacious. Very friendly patron.

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there. The check in was without problem even though we arrived after 22:00. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony. The landlord is super kind. I´d highly recommend the place.
