Location is great. It is a nice flat; the kitchen offers what is needed, the bath room is small but functional. You can ask for sheets and bath towels if needed. We stayed there twice before and liked it.

The owner didn`t turn up at the arranged check-in time on Saturday morning without letting us know or apologising, so we lost a whole morning waiting. We finally chased the adminstrator who kindly provided a solution to enter the flat at 12.30. The parking permission was left later in the afternoon not when we arrived. There was no hot water available. We got in touch with the administrator on Monday and the heater was fixed on Tuesyday morning. When the owner was reminded of these issues at check out and one of us suggested to consider this for the final bill since towels, sheets and taxes are not included in the bill we already payed via booking.com, the tone of voice was unacceptable and followed up by disturbing messages. I payed an additional 63 Euros for one set of towels & sheets for 2 people for a week and taxes. I am less concerned about the extra bill but irretated by the disrespectful, unprofessional behavior and the overall trouble this booking has caused since we only had a few days to relax. We didn`t expect a problem each time we had direct dealings with the owner. The adminstrator was OK and kind. In addition, you are now requested to send sensitive personal information via WhatUp. The Wifi in the flat has weak security settings and need updating.
