Casa Castor, Fábrica, Cacela Velha.

Loved where it was! Well equipped, comfortable

One of our party needed to work and unfortunately the wifi wasn’t good enough for that

I've just spent a glorious 3 night stay in the Cabin at Casa Castor. A perfect solo Autumn retreat with blue skies and 25c. Stunning location wirh easy access to the pristine little village of Cacela Velha. Very quiet in mid-October. The cabin was clean and comfortable. No local shops so bring your own breakfast supplies. There is a kiosk for coffee, drinks and snacks, and a restaurant for lunch and dinner a short stroll from the accommodation. José is a kind and helpful host. I shall return next year.

Auf jeden Fall die Lage und der schöne Meerblick, wobei ich sagen muss, dass sich die Unterkunft erst recht empfiehlt, wenn man das Apartment in der obersten Etage bucht. Die anderen Apartments schienen uns (zumindest von außen) nicht ganz so hell, aber so oder so macht die Anlage einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Vom Haus aus, kann man bei Niedrigwasser auf die gegenüberliegende Insel laufen oder alternativ ein Boot fast unmittelbar vor der Tür nehmen. Was die Lage ausmacht, ist in jedem Fall die Ruhe, die unaufgeregte Idylle, wobei man gleichzeitig wissen muss, dass bis auf ein Lokal (das leider nichtmal so gute Bewertungen hat), keine Gastronomie fussläufig erreichbar ist. Einzig das Dorf Cacela Velha ist unweit entfernt, aber man muss über asphaltierte Straßen laufen. Mit dem Auto alles kein Problem. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber war trotzdem sauber. Pool im Hinterhof war vorhanden, haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Was noch super war, ist, dass es im Erdgeschoss eine Waschmaschine und Waschmittel gab!

La zona de la Ría Formosa en los alrededores de Cacela Velha y Fábrica es una maravilla de la naturaleza, ya la conocíamos y volveremos a repetir. El alojamiento es muy acogedor y con todas la comodidades deseables. El anfitrión un perfecto profesional, desde quí te vuelvo a dar las gracias por tu acogida José.

Sería deseable contar con alguna percha más en el cuarto de baño, sobretodo cuando usamos toallas para cinco personas. Por lo demás nada que supusiera ningún inconveniente.

Au calme, atypique ! Cadre reposant !

Un peu loin pour rejoindre la ville et les restaurants. Le logement en lui même est très bien, il faut juste ne pas avoir de gêne avec la porte des toilettes qui est très « aérée »!

O atendimento do José foi incrível. Apesar de não nos termos encontrado pessoalmente foi um autêntico facilitador, demonstrado enorme simpatia e pragmatismo na resolução das situações e questões que lhe fomos colocando.

Gostámos da localização, local sossegado e instalações agradáveis.

A limpeza do espaço exterior não é excepcional. Mobiliário de exterior em más condições e comodidades para 2 pessoas dormirem na sala muito desconfortável.
