Good hospitality, cleat flat

heater doesn't work! while i arrived temperature in the room was 16, after an hour heater was turning on temperature was 15. (december 22) host doesn't answer the phone

Apartment location is exceptional, in city center and next to a border but still in quiet area. Apartment has a free parking and is cozy, tasteful, and newly renovated. Everything was very clean and host is pleasant and helpful.
