Penthouse Oasis Beach La Zenia

The outdoor area and the rooftop area were excellent.

There was a strong smell of sulphur off the running water and shower and when you flushed the toilet. The key holded was very rude and abrupt on departure. Even though apartment was left very clean.

Clean spacious apartment witha great location

Location was great and apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and close to all amenities.

Just a bit of building work going on at the minute.

The personal touch where Vicky was there to explain everything and hand us the keys. A very friendly lady and so helpful. That made our stay and she will bring us back 🙂

Nothing

The property was nothing like the pictures advertised when booking. The apartment was in a very poor state of repair, with many broken or ripped items of furniture. The sun terrace was nothing like the pictures, the built in bbq had been ripped out and left rusty, with a broken wall. The garden furniture was all broken and the chairs were mouldy so could not be used. The bathroom door had been removed so no privacy and there were glass wall panels that were smashed/cracked and not replaced leaving the apartment unsafe. The patio door on the main bedroom did not lock, leaving the apartment unsecure and often to intruders. No ironing facilities and tv did not work. Air conditioning allowance was minimal in comparison to other apartments in the area and any excess was charged at a much higher rate than others in the area. Feedback was provided to the owner along with photographs who ignored the communications. Cleaning fee was extortionate given the apartment was not clean and had multiple and significant areas of mould. Dust fills the living room when the couch is sat on
