The only positive things are the location and the beautiful view.

The apartment itself is poor, old, worn out, and poorly maintained. It was dirty; all cutlery and plates were greasy. The oven was broken with a door that wouldn’t close. There was a lack of lighting due to blown bulbs that hadn’t been replaced, making the kitchen counter and bathroom very dark. The cushions were very worn and disgusting. The taps were completely calcified, including the shower. There was almost no hot water – not enough for even one person to shower without the next person having to wait for the water to heat up again. Incredibly slow and unusable Wi-Fi. No help from the Agency

Bien entendu la vue. Bon emplacement pour aller vers les restaurants ou sur la marina à pied (quelques rues montantes quand même). La clim et le parking souterrain avec ascenseur (pour les courses) Le calme de l'immeuble, la piscine. L'échange avec les gestionnaires de la résidence La propreté des communs

La vétusté de l'appartement . Les robinets tous entartrés sont à changer Le mobilier sur la terrasse est jauni , taché et très vieux , les chaises sont avachies, le faux gazon est tout déchiré Les casseroles sont dans un état pitoyable , manque de draps . Déçu parmi tous les logements que j'ai pu avoir aux canaries ( et pour beaucoup moins cher)

Okolica jest cicha, można odpocząć. Taras jest cudowny, widoki z niego powodują, że zapominasz o wszystkich denerwujących niedociągnięciach apartamentu. Zachody słońca z tarasu niezapomniane. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, choć przy włączeniu zapach nieprzyjemny, na szczęście znikał po kilku minutach. Super garaż, ciasny, ale dzięki niemu auto sie nie nagrzewa na słońcu. Ogólnie jest czysto. Dobrze działające wifi. Taras robi całą robotę.

Apartament jest juz stary. Wszystko jest zużyte, krany zakamienione, meble na tarasie brudne. Sprzęt kuchenny mocno wyeksploatowany. Siłownia do której jest dostep jest również w stanie agonalnym, sprzęty zużyte, syn chciał ćwiczyć, ale bał sie, ze cos sobie zrobi i zrezygnował. Odporwadzenie wody z klimatyzacji zbiera sie w jednej części tarasu i robi sie mokro, a mokra stopa i płytki mogą zrobić niezłą kontuzję.

Super lokalizacja ze wspaniałym widokiem . Wszystko zapewni w na miejscu . Bez problemowe dostanie się do środka .

We stayed in this apartment from January 3rd to 31st, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspects were the garage, the views, and the pool—but beyond that, there were too many issues to ignore.

First, the furniture is old and worn out, with some doors either not closing properly or making a lot of noise when opening. The terrace grass is in poor condition and could use replacement. The washing machine doesn’t clean properly, requiring an extra rinse cycle every time. The coffee machine was leaking and malfunctioning, and even though they promised to replace it, three weeks passed, and nothing was done. The oven door was broken, and a technician confirmed it couldn’t be fixed—it needed a replacement, yet they never bothered to take action. Another major issue was the noise from the neighboring apartment. Even though the property has quiet hours, new guests arrived for several days and were extremely loud, both inside and on their terrace, from early morning until 2-4 AM. Since that apartment belongs to a different owner, the management simply said they would “talk to the owner,” but nothing changed. Overall, it’s clear that the management/owner does not prioritize guest experience or take issues seriously. The lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to resolve problems made our stay frustrating. We would not book this apartment again.

I liked absolutely everything. A small gift (wine and snacks to go with it) was waiting for us upon check-in. The air conditioning was also thoughtfully switched on before our arrival. The apartments are bright and clean. But of course, I liked the view from them the most. It's incredible 😍. We also had a problem with the garage keys, but it was solved in a couple of hours . Everyone who lived there next to us politely kept quiet and it was very peaceful. Even by the pool, whenever there were people, there was never any noise So we would recommend these apartments and if we are in Tenerife again, we will choose them.
