I liked the large balcony terrace, the comfortable soft beds plus minus the weight of the apartment and that there was parking for the car

This accommodation facility is located in a large complex, but it is not bad, it is quite comfortable, but the problem is that it was being repaired during our stay, the landlord did not inform us about it, one of the swimming pools near us was not working, there was constant construction noise all day, due to this reason, we are trying to to spend as little time at home as possible, we only wanted to spend the night. we slept with the windows open because the air conditioner in the house didn't work at all, even though we bought batteries for the console with our own money. When sleeping with the windows open, there was constant noise because the terrace leads directly to the main stairs of the city up the hill, where many people walk. Furniture and household appliances look so old that they are already 15 years old. :D Dear renter, don't save and leave more detergent for general use !!!!! The indicated parking place where we had to park the car was occupied all the time, we had to park anywhere. The water in the toilets is so screwed up that it almost runs out, apparently for saving purposes, we had to wait a long time for the tank to run out :D The only pluses of this apartment are that we could easily pick up the keys, there was parking in a strange place, comfortable beds, heavy bed linen and towels, but that's all..... .... It's really not worth the money they're asking for it, plus consider what you'll live with due to ongoing repairs and street noise.

No WiFi or Internet - wasted a whole day of our holiday waiting for the (3) technicians to come to the apartment and try to fix the issue - not fixed No matresses were provided for the pool sunbeds Only one reclining chair on balcony and was broken Not enough toilet rolls, washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were provided - expected renters to provide their own but only available in bulk from shops Apartment overlooked the main steps up to the main road. rooms were very spacious and well equipped. huge balcony. very comfortable. WiFi excellent, washing machine a godsend. location brilliant.

We were a family of 6 which was sometimes tricky with just one key and fob. you need the fob to enter the building but also to get you in and out the pool area which was a pain if some of us was going out and some were staying in. at the end of our stay we had to vacate by 11am and our taxi for the airport was not arriving until 4pm which meant all we could do was wait in the lobby area and watch our cases as no luggage room. we couldn’t use the pool on our last day as we had to leave the key and fob in the room at 11am. the only way we could go out for lunch or the shops was leaving one person to let us back in the door as once again we had no fob. when we originally booked we were told we could pay to keep the room on later however we were told when we arrived that we could not stay later due to guests arriving. We feel between the lack of keys/fobs and no luggage room or access to pool on our last day really put a dampener on our holiday. I think the agent needed to be clearer regarding this as we probably would not have booked.
