Apartamento Sol & Arena

Lovely apartment, very comfortable beds, all you need in kitchen, nice sunny balcony. Would have been nice to have a few bits in like washing up sponges, sugar sachets, washing liquid/pods, maybe bottle of water although the bottle of wine was nice! Also the pool was closed for repairs for the last 4 days which was very disappointing. Had we known in advance we would have booked different dates. We have been here before and the pool is one of the reasons we love it. Pool closure aside we would definitely book again.

Location close to seafront & good choice of restaurants. South facing balcony gave all day sunshine. Very good pool. Quiet at all times.

Descent to seafront down steps would not be easy for disabled but we managed with care. We're in our mid 80s.

Location for this apartment was great, just down the steps to the beach, yet quiet, and great access to the pool at the complex. The description states that there is no parking available, but the complex where the apartment is situated is surrounded by a road, and I always found a parking space near to the apartment with no trouble. All parking is free.

One or 2 things in the apartment could do with attention, or are in need of repair. There was a bulb not working in the wall lights in the lounge, and a bulb missing in the bathroom mirror. Also the sun loungers were a bit tatty and are probably getting ready for replacement. If it were my place, Id invest in some matching crockery, which helps to give a good impression. But these are really minor points, included just in the hope that they will help the owners.

Very convenient location, the beach is 100 meters away. Good view of the sea. Sunset sea view. Large apartment. Comfortable swimming pool.

The toilet leaks if someone heavy sits on it. Disco noise in the evening outside the window. Two beds in the bedroom ride on the floor and move apart. Few basic necessities.

Close to the beach, restaurant, shops or if you need bus stop.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Clean and spacious with a balcony that you can see the sea. The woman who rents the accommodation is so lovely - she even provided a high chair for our baby without us asking. The location is excellent... down a set of stairs to the beach and some very good restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and the complex was full of people staying long term. It was a great place for an extended stay. The price was great and we felt at home. Simple, clean and perfect.

The only fault is the balcony. It has three horizontal bars. Our baby is only small but if she was climbing and walking I would be nervous.

Good location in a quieter resort but with enough restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment, twin beds in the bedroom plus comfy sofa bed in the lounge. Loungers on the balcony and sun from breakfast to night. Enough plates, etc to cook meals, except for a lack of bowls!

Only 1 set of keys, and given that you cannot get in and out of the pool area without a fob, this is really not enough, if one of you wants to go back up to the apartment or pop out, you wouldn't be able to leave the pool area or go back to the apartment until they came back! Also no communication prior to arriving, especially as apartment is in another complex and address not the one for main access to the entrance!
