Wow, what an incredible stay! My mum and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of this apartment was its location. It was conveniently situated near all the major attractions, making it easy for us to get around and see everything we wanted to. One more delightful detail worth mentioning is the thoughtful host's gesture of leaving a pack of biscuits, along with a bottle of water for us upon our arrival. It was such a kind and welcoming touch that made us feel instantly at ease and refreshed after our journey. It's these small, considerate gestures that truly set this rental experience apart. Overall, our stay in this apartment was nothing short of fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. It’s perfect.

Good communication with the owner. Excellent facilities in the apartment. Really well kept and clean. Short drive to most hot spots. We will definitely be staying here again, when visiting Cornwall .

The property was well located, very very clean and had a fresh modern feel throughout. The off road parking spot was a big bonus. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed. The milk in the fridge and local biscuits were a nice touch too.

The apartment seems very new, it was lovely and clean and comfortable. The car parking space was very handy. We were able to relax and really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean and very well maintained. Great facilities. Very spacious. Space for parking very handy - no need to stress about finding parking on a street. All you need a for a few nights away!

The mattress for twin beds is a bit firm for my liking. But it isn't back killing.. maybe a softer one would be nicer.

The house is in immaculate condition. Everything is well looked after and in perfect working order. It is a bonus to have a spacious garden that you can enjoy to its fullest in sunny days. Location is also great, within a short walking distance to a lovely beach in Newquay. I can't recommend this property highly enough.
