The name luxury (which is the reason I booked)

This was about as far from luxury as you could get. I payed extra for this room as it had parking then to receive a message the day before to say it has but i couldnt use it annoyed me, I then looked to cancel and it was non refundable so i just dealt with that. Then I arrived to a fridge freezer laid in the doorway of the room with paint chipped off of the walls and mould on the bathroom wall. The shower was awful and how this is luxury is beyond me.

Big bathtub, and amazing bed.

Lack of coffee ,tea etc No even microwave to warm up food if you’re coming with kid , just a toaster

The host was great, helped me with some problems on the day of the stay. The room was excellent and would highly recommend all round.

Location was ideal and in the heart of everything we'd planned

Don't want to go into too much detail as to the lower score. We were moved a few doors down the street to an alternative apartment due to a leak in the room we'd booked. Few issues with the room we ended up getting but appreciate this was forced on the host

Location great and we had parking too which was a bonus. Host was very communicative about changes to our booking and check-in procedures. Bed was comfy and there were tea/coffee making facilities. There was also a microwave and a fridge in the rooms if needed.

Originally we had booked an apartment so that we could all stay together, however we were informed that the apartment had been sold and so we were moved to alternative accommodation which was two separate rooms a few doors up from the original property. This meant we couldn’t stay together. Whilst it couldn’t be helped and the host explained this fully, we couldn’t really cancel as Weston was pretty booked out that day. One of the rooms had damp and a leak that got worse when it rained, so it appears that it had been an issue for a while.

The room was really clean and functional.
