A localização é excelente, bem no centro e do lado da praia.

O proprietário precisa melhorar a estrutura do apartamento, tudo antigo, alguns equipamentos funcionam parcialmente, precisei pagar pela roupa de cama e banho (não achei isso normal, será que pode explicitar isso melhor nos detalhes no site).
