Absolute Active Mountain Resort

8 adults all had sleeping space. No one had to sleep in the living area. Enough glasses and crockery and space at the table for a large group. Nice village. Supermarket walking distance. Private ski/bike storage. Keycode for all doors do no problem sharing keys between 8 adults !

The nearest ski area is Kitzbühel. Wilder Kaiser it’s 10-15 min car drive away

Location to ski buses was reasonable. Comfortable bed. Ski storage excellent

Very small Kitchenette and bathroom dated and minimal facilities.

Das Apartment hatte einen guten Schnitt, obwohl zur Straße gelegen war es sehr ruhig. Die kleine Bar im Haus war super.

Handige ligging tov skibus/ ice bar. Ruim appartement met prima faciliteiten. O.a. eigen opslag voor skispullen in de kelder

Nog een grote spiegel op de kamer zou wel prettig zijn.

Zéro isolation, on entend les voisins comme s’ils sont dans notre chambre Aussi, les heures de silence ne sont pas respecter. Mes voisins ont partis la musique chaque matin à 7am et rien n’a changé… La douche pourrait être mieux aussi

It was winter holiday for us and location is ideal. Bus stop close to the apartment and the buses ate regular. Flekalmbahn gondola is even better than the one in Kitzbühel. The apartment also has a nice terrace for sunny mornings.
