Tamanho do apartamento, conforto, proximidade do mar

Somente de que não tinha tela de proteção em todas as janelas, no meu caso pq tenho filho pequeno e quanto mais segurança melhor, porém esse é somente uma dica para melhoria, minha avaliação continua nota 10, gostamos mto do ap e pretendemos voltar.

Sem Internet. Apps várias reclamações resolveram o problema que era a troca da fonte do modem, que estava queimada. Sem porteiro eletrônico, dificultando o atendimento de entregas, tbm fiz várias reclamações sem sucesso até minha saída.
