Oberon River View Apartment

The apartment was impeccable

There was the bonus of a Nespresso machine, pods and milk frother. The hosts very kindly provided scones, jam and cream. Eggs, bread, butter and milk were also provided. Oberon exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved my stay; nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, and the apartment had everything you could imagine. A beautiful apartment in every way. Well positioned and easy to access.

Very well appointed and spacious apartment, high end equipment (ie hairdryer and kitchen appliances) Super clean. Excellent location. Welcome package of milk, bread, butter, eggs, scones with cream and jam was lovely.

Couldn't get tv to work. Struggled to lock bottom access door.

The apartment was huge, with a separate kitchen, large living area, dining area, separate bedroom and large modern ensuite with both a bath and large shower. On arrival, the table was set out with tea, scones, jam and clotted cream. Also provided was a block of butter, 6 eggs, a loaf of bread, 500ml bottle of milk and coffee capsules (and machine). The apartment also had a washing machine and dryer. The location was perfect in beautiful Bourton-on-the-water, with a grocery store very handy. The staff/owners were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spotless.

Car parking was difficult but the accommodation does provide access to off street parking in the premise next door between the hours of about 9am and 4pm. There is limited street parking which we were fortunate enough to get after having to vacate the off-street parking at 4pm.

Central location - well appointed - well furnished - friendly staff - near sights, restaurants, cafes and shops.

The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. Furnitures and devices are of good quality and well laid out. We especially love breakfast and reading time at the table by the window, with a good overview of the bridge and river just 20 meters away. The staff are friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and dealing with our request efficiently.

The bed and some pillows maybe too soft. Of course this is just my personal preference.

Just as it said on the tin, LUXURY in a perfect location. Kitchen fully equipped with top quality gadgets and everything in pristine condition. We loved sitting in the bay window watching the world go by. Lounge, bedroom and bathroom equally luxurious. We’ll be back.
