Zakurzone kąty oraz głośni sąsiedzi z góry (nie jest to jednak wadą willi a samych sąsiadów)

Doskonała lokalizacja. Cisza, spokój, blisko szlaków. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony teren zielony: leżaki, hamaki, basen , plac zabaw dla dzieci, nawet worek bokserski :)
