Una bella posizione in mezzo al verde e nel silenzio come desideravamo. Molta gentilezza e cortesia da parte dei gestori. Anche la piscina è ben dotata

Obiekt we włoskim stylu, może nie nowoczesny, ale bardzo klimatyczny i wszystko jak należy. Na miejscu bardzo czysto, wygodne i duże łóżko, wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu od otwieracza do wina, poprzez moskitierę, środki na komary. Zadaszone miejsce parkingowe, ogród, basen, leżaki, parasole, boisko do gry wraz ze sprzętem i piłkami. Właściciele super pomocni oraz kontkatowi. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta oraz całego regionu. Blisko do centrum oraz plaży nad jeziorem. W pobliżu sklepy, bary, restauracje czy piekarnia. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy 😁.

La posizione dell'appartamento, era vicino a tanti punti d'interesse. L'appartamento era comodissimo, ampio e ben pulito. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi.

Our stay at Country Esmera was absolutely perfect. The hosts, Antonella and Fabio, were so kind and wonderful, they picked us up from the station, helped me to practice my Italian and recommended wonderful restaurants and things to do in the rain. The apartment was exactly what we wanted: great shower, lots of space, large kitchen and bedroom! We also loved the shared pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The apartment was in a lovely, tranquil location about a 15 mins walk from the centre. Desenzano is a gorgeous town, I couldn’t recommend staying here enough. Thank you Antonella and Fabio 🥳

The 3 bed apartment was the biggest I have ever stayed in. Beds extremely comfortable and a huge terrace. The place was immaculately clean.

The apartment lounge was sparsely furnished and would have felt more homely with coffee table, lamps and a rug. This is just my opinion however it was still a nice space.

The pool, hot tub and sports facilities are excellent, as is the location. The host is very kind and attentive. It's a 10 minute walk to the lake and is on a quiet road. The beds are comfortable. The gardens are lovely. The terrace is great. There were more beds than we were expecting which was good for our teens who did not want to share a bed! There is a single and double bed in one room, bunk beds in another and a further double bedroom

We had issues with hot water- they were resolved eventually and the owner was helpful, but it was disappointing to go most of the week with intermittent hot water. In one of the bedrooms, we could hear the TV from next door... The property is old and full of character but it isn't a deluxe option. It's good, not excellent - the boiler is old, as is the fridge, kettle etc The air conditioning units are in the hallway and the lounge. As a result, it's hard to get the bedrooms cool enough. Having said all that, the host is very kind and sincerely wants her guests to have a lovely time. Our teenage children really liked it.
