Great location and secure site.

2 locked gates to negotiate to escape from block. No parking on site- free in street but will cost after 1 June. Lift only started from 1st floor- cases etc had to be carried up a flight of stairs to reach lift.

Good location. Watched nice sun setting into the sea at the balcony.

Bad damp smell in the apartment lobby when walk pass by. Would be great if little bit amenities are provided. For example 1 or 2 portion for the washing machine liquid then would be perfect.
