The private garden was lovely. Apartment had everything you needed for a great stay. Alberto was really helpful and easily contacted.

Great layout for two couples with two bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of space. Good shower, water always hot. Everything we needed.

Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The living room was bigger than we expected and we really enjoyed the private well shaded garden. Dedicated parking right outside the front door made access easy - especially as the apartment is on the ground floor. The air conditioning worked well and the apartment stayed cool despite 35 degrees outside

We wanted the perfect Italian experience, to live like an Italian for 4 weeks in Desenzano. We got this and much more with the quality of the apartment. It really was a home-away-from-home, all the modern appliances, roomy bedrooms, kitchen to create a culinary delight, and a backyard to enjoy the perfect Italian day. It's proximity to everything you need, or to see/do, is perfect. We didn't have a car for the entire stay, but we never felt that we isolated from all the great things that Desenzano, Lake Garda, and Northern Italy had to offer. Complementing this was Alberto, who, from the time we arrived until waiving us farewell, was a hero to all our requests. I really can't talk highly enough about how he treats his guests and his desire to make our/your stay as good as it possibly can be. We 100% recommend this apartment for a short or long term stay.

Lovely apartment in a quiet building but just a few minutes’ walk from town centre. Alberto’s apartment is spacious, uncluttered but not stark, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The garden is private, quiet and well-equipped too, and everything easily accessible for my mum who is not so mobile now. Kitchen contained everything we could have needed. Alberto provided mosquito killing diffusers for all the rooms. He showed us on the map where to find shops, restaurants etc and made some very good recommendations. We enjoyed exploring the local area using the excellent Lake Garda ferries, and also took the train to Verona- public transport services, including local buses, run frequently and on time.

Nothing in the apartment, garden or building needs improvement.

The location was perfect. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Great for tow couples or a couple with children. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They are separated by the living area so it is very private.
