The flat is well equipped for 2 people Location great-overlooking a small piazza with a lovely fountain on street next to the Castle. Felt safe and residential. There was a weekly market held there for local produce. On the way into town, you pass the castle and lots of lovely ice cream parlours, shops, cafes and restaurants. . I liked having a washing machine. Problem…see what I didn’t like section

Boiler problem. We had to contact them as there was no hot water that first night. The guy was trying to get us to fiddle about with topping up the pressure and reset the boiler by WhatsApp and photo screen shots. Eventually he spoke to a plumber and we managed to work out the electrics all needed reset to get the boiler to fire up. He knew right away there was an ongoing issue with the boiler and advised us. Anyway, it was sorted quickly, and he did respond fast, but it’s not good enough to have an ongoing problem and not fix it. The bed was brutally uncomfortable. Even my husband who can sleep on concrete found this unforgiving. The little sofa is awful. Couldn’t imagine anyone sleeping on it as it felt like sitting on metal bars with no cushioning whatsoever. Why have a washing machine and then NOWHERE to hang clothes to dry. A clothes horse/airer is the minimum that should be supplied. We were there for 5 nights and one day was torrential rain. We couldn’t get our clothes hung up and were using door handles, chairs and anything that could be used to hang stuff from. Ridiculous. The shower is kitted out for a disabled person which is a positive but a bit tricky for manoeuvring if able bodied.

Huge appartment close to the city centre and to Lake Garda. Check-in/out is fast and easy

There was no hot water in the property for 24 hours in the middle of summer.

Location is great, easy to access to the property and is perfect ONLY for couples.

Absolutely TO AVOID if you are 3 people. The sofa bed for the 3rd adult is broken and is really horrible to sleep in. Had 2 wood tables in the middle and a weird shape that kills your back. When communicating with the contact provided, they did not offer any solution despite us trying to suggest event to pick up a light foam mattress or something. They indicated that the sofa was not broken and that the shape was correct, despite seeing clearly in the picture that it was not. At the end I had to reserve in another place for the second night.
