De verwarming deed het niet en vervolgens was er niemand te bereiken

Location was perfect. We liked the utilities and cleanliness of the house. Available free and parking spots nearby. We could easily park our car in free parking, which is 4 mins walk to the house. Instructions and entering the house was easy. Heating was working properly and du to that we had cosy and warm spring:)

The bed in the second bedroom was a bit small for two adults. Additionally, all the pans in the pantry were heavily scratched, which made them unsuitable for cooking. Those need immediate replacement.

Fijne locatie in het centrum van La Roche, goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelen. Appartement is ruim en goed uitgerust.

Op de foto staat een Dolce Gusto koffiemachine, dus die cups had ik meegenomen. Bij aankomst bleek deze vervangen door een Nespresso. Verder kraakt de vloer enorm, maar dat is geen dealbreaker.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! De locatie is echt top — je vindt gezellige restaurantjes, een supermarkt en mooie wandelroutes allemaal op loopafstand. Vanuit de accommodatie kun je gemakkelijk een hike plannen naar de bossen, een wandeling maken langs het water, of een bezoek brengen aan het kasteel. In de buurt zit ook een informatiepunt waar je goed advies kunt krijgen over wandel- of hikeroutes. De accommodatie zelf was knus en gezellig, met voldoende privacy. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel en snel. De douche was ruim en prettig, en het balkon met uitzicht was echt een fijne extra.

Parkeren ging niet heel soepel. De gratis parkeerplek was door een markt en evenement niet bruikbaar en omliggende plekken waren afgesloten. Uiteindelijk maar betaald geparkeerd — gelukkig niet duur. De slaapkamer was benauwd maar gelukkig koelde het snachs af waardoor het op gegeven moment wel aangenaam werd. Ook goed om te weten: na het boeken bleek er een borg van €300 te zijn, die vijf dagen na vertrek weer werd teruggestort.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a special view. It was clean and generally well stocked for our needs.

For those booking through a third party, the host does not disclose the "rules" for the apartment until after it is booked and it is too late to cancel. If you want to be able to decide whether you want to abide by those rules, I suggest asking for them in advance. Also, those rules were not disclosed until after the time passed to cancel and they included charges of 30 and 50 euros if you fail to follow the rules. They were not onerous rules but customers should be able to decide in advance if they want to accept those terms.
