I didn't stay at the property

The house

I never got to stay there, they changed us to another apartment the night before turning up

Booking was easy, keys on site, dog friendly, owner was quick in communicating via email, big modern TV and Wi-Fi, towels provided. Shops and Metro nearby.

No heating or hot water, boiler not working on arrival, gas hob burning poorly, some of the furniture damaged, E.G 3 legged table propped against the wall with 3rd leg detached. Radiator in bedroom not working, radiator in the living room leaking, no parking permit provided which is stated in the property description that there is one, dirty bath mould on one edge and corner, no plug in either the bath or basin, only one cup provided in the kitchen, dirty yard with old door and car tyre. The Kitchen sink tap knobs were lose and came off during use. The small gravelled area to the front of the property had dog faeces. Stated in the property description “ Guests can relax in the garden at the property”, see the picture of the yard, I don’t think so!

Very clean and spacious, comes with everything you need, washer dryer toaster etc. great location, right next to loads of shops and food places. Very pleased with the price compared to other places.
