The apartments central location was amazing, restaurants, a bakery to die for, super market, cafes, gelato shops and the ferry terminal literally on the doorstep

If I’m being really picky some extra pillows would have been great but other than that it was a great apartment

The location was excellent for buses and ferries. We were also 2 minutes away from bars and restaurants. The apartment had two bedrooms as per our request. There are 2 AC units so it was comfortable in very, very hot weather. The property manager, Mirko, was excellent. He was always willing to come to help with details that needed attention.

The flat is on the 3rd floor (up 50 stairs). The info said 2nd floor. It is just under the roof. The windows are small and close to the floor in one bedroom and the sitting room. There are bigger windows in the other bedroom. The terrace has no view. It is cut into the roof. The common areas of the flat are in the middle therefore very dark. There is only one sofa in the sitting room; no comfortable chairs. Many times in flats you find some kitchen items to get you started like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper. There was only sugar. Unfortunately in Peschiera there is only one small grocery store for the essentials; for a bigger shop you need a car. Supermarkets are in the outskirts. We were hoping to find a nice deli to buy prepared foods. There aren’t any. The next time I will stay in Desenzano as I have in the past.

The AC didn't work very well. One of the units was actually dripping down the wall. The place overall felt rundown and like a little effort would go a long way. The main issue was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I know these are old buildings in old towns, but it was too much. We left 2 nights early and were not offered any refund.

Great location in the centre of town, seconds away from shops, a bakery, cafes, restaurants and lots of gelato. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5, and Anfite were on hand to answer any questions quickly.

Fabulous location and Mirko was very helpful. Spacious rooms. Good the bedrooms are away from each other.

Bathroom needs updating, smelly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and the location was great. I would definitely recommend it!

Location was great, just 1 minute walk and you are on the main restaurant strip, but the hotel is down a nice quiet little side street. The apartment is massive, and was great for our group (4x adults and 2x toddlers). The rooms were also far away from each other, which was nice to have a bit of privacy during the night time (and so the kids didn't wake each other up) Easy to check into the house, and they let us drop our bags early which was amazing of them.

The only issue was that the bathroom could be a little smelly.
