"Ideal for 2 persons, near to the railway station, easy approach, has balcony."

Good location, near to the railway station (5 minutes walk), where the free shuttle buses deparature to Gardaland and Movieland, but it has more distance to the beach. To reach the beach it takes 20-30 minutes walk.

Recommend for only 2 persons to sleep, because the sofabed in the living room is very uncomfortable and used. For bigger satisfaction it should be replaced to another new one, but there were several complaining comments about it. The kitchen is not very well-equipped, but for breakfast it is OK. Missed shower bath and clothespins. Suggestion: mosquito net to the windows.

Everything, it was clean, the instructions were clear, it was really comfortable and nice staying there, everything was clean and it had everything that we needed, even those little things and details was provided like for example, soap for the dishes, utilities and toiletries

"Nice location near the Garland Lake"

The location of apartment is near the main pedestrian path around Garland Lake. Parking spot is in garage and it looks safe.

Some kitchenette should be included with more pieces, i.e. spoons, tea cups,...

"Potential for improvement!"

Easy access. Nice view from balcony. Host friendly.

Horrible sofa bed, quirking with thin uncomfortable matress. Very noisy bathroom fan. Air conditioning not sufficient to get a decent temperature in the bedroom. Very little of the equipment in the kitchen, spoons, forks etc and only two teaspoons.

Nice and cosy apartment next to the center of city and a couple of supermarkets . Good starting spot for travelling on car, bus or train in the area of Garda Lake and nearest cities (Verona, Brescia, Mantova etc.). A parking place for car in underground garage is a big advantage in the summer. Very careful and helpful host. We have a great stay here. Thank you, Federico!

Could be a little bit more cups, glasses and plates in the kitchen.
