Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di porto santo Stefano , casa grande dotata di tutti i comfort

Come in tutte le altre strutture è impossibile parcheggiare la macchina vicino. Ci sono i parcheggi a pagamento lungo la via del mare

L’appartamento ha del potenziale ma presenta diverse criticità. Esteticamente è molto carino e la vista sul porto è davvero suggestiva. Tuttavia, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato ragnatele sopra la cucina e in generale la casa era poco curata. Ci sono troppi oggetti inutili sparsi ovunque, e gli armadi erano pieni di vestiti e attrezzatura da pesca, rendendo impossibile appendere i nostri abiti. Abbiamo dovuto tenere tutto in valigia. Altro aspetto da considerare è la posizione: sebbene la vista sia piacevole, raggiungere la zona centrale a piedi è davvero faticoso, soprattutto per chi ha passeggini o bambini piccoli. Inoltre, la casa non ha una TV, dettaglio che mi è sfuggito al momento della prenotazione, ma che può essere importante per alcune famiglie.
