This is a lovely, comfortable, exceptionally clean little apartment with everything you could need. It's literally only a 1 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I was travelling alone and I felt very safe there. I would definitely stay again when in the area and would recommend it.

Brilliant location. Everything close by and even in winter it is a great place to be. The flat is very well equipped and maintained. Can’t fault it for both convenience and value.

No safe to keep our valuable - passports etc secure. Late in year cold nights - no extra bedding On two occasions found a cockroach one in bedroom - one in bathroom

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-presented. There was information about everything in the apartment in a handy folder just inside the front door. There was plenty of equipment for cooking etc. in the kitchen and a really good TV in the living area. A really quiet street with no traffic noise. We were able to unload our car outside the property and park close by.

The one and only thing that we didn't like was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. A ceiling fan does not do the same job and the apartment was advertised as having air-conditioning and didn't mention that this was only in the living room. We would have been happy to pay a little more and be comfortable for the duration of our stay, which we cut short because we had difficulty sleeping.

The owner was very helpful and replied to all the queries that I had. The location is great and the flat is very clean

Excellent apartment with full facilities, easy access to all amenities and close to the beach, information folder in the apartment was a great idea and very useful. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family we would look to re book in the future when we visit Murcia again 👍👍
