"guter Standort, absolut leise, sehr sauber ohne Luxus, alles da was man braucht, empfehlenswert"

zweckmäßiges Appartement in 400 Jahre altem Stadthaus/ehem. Weinkellerei mit pittoreskem Innenhof. Fahrradabstellplatz dort gegeben incl. Stromanschluss. Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz Neuzeitig, aber alles sehr sauber und funktionell. WLan problemlos, Kaffeepads wurden sogar wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr gute Hinweise zu nahegelegenen Gratis-Parkplätzen.

Zentralheizung hat sich trotz Temperatureinbruchs 1x automatisch abgeschaltet, wurde nach unserem Hinweis am nächsten Tag wieder in Betrieb genommen. (Warmwasser war immer vorhanden)

Die Organisation der Ferienwohnung. Vorab Videos und Erklärungen. Die Gastgeber App. Alle Infos an einem Ort. Die Lage. Unweit vom großen (kostenpflichtigen) Parkplatz. Innenstadt nah. Die Sauberkeit. Schnelles Internet. Ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Die Größe der Wohnung. Hatte Rot. Das Gepäck unterzubringen ist schwierig. Selbst wenn man alleine unterwegs ist.
