The apartment is well kept and well stocked, very spacious too! It's just at the entrance to Zillertal and the commute is very convenient, with Bahnhof just 10-15 min walking away. We had a problem with the boiler and the hist was so helpful that they have arranged a new boiler installed on the Christmas day! Amazing 🤩 there are 2 parking spots right outside the door, a garden and magnificent view from the window.

Overall, the accommodation is good. It has everything necessary for a stay and you can wash your clothes. It is located in a quiet place with birds singing outside the window.

However, the entire stay was ruined by a mosquito attack, especially on the last night. I killed them, but they kept coming back endlessly. I woke up in the morning with my face and hands bitten by mosquitoes, covered in spots. Mosquito screens are not expensive. Why not install them on the windows? Minor issues - there were no trash bags. I had to buy my own.

The accommodation was very nice, very spacious, and except for a few minor details, also clean. A big plus is the nice garden where you can sit, have a coffee, etc. Parking is right in front of the house, and a grocery store is within driving distance. The hostess was very kind – we asked for a later departure because checkout at 9 is very early, and it was no problem to accommodate us. Overall, we were satisfied, and the accommodation was a suitable base for cycling trips and via ferrata routes.

Unfortunately, there was often the smell of cow manure around the accommodation, and if you ventilate, it can be very noticeable inside as well, but that is not the fault of the accommodation and you stop noticing it over time. Considering that the accommodation was overall very clean, it was obvious that no one had cleaned the right side of the bed in the bedroom for a long time. I had to vacuum several cobwebs, spiders, and a thick layer of dust on the lamp, bedside table, and underneath it. There are a lot of flies, insects, and mosquitoes in the area that fly in immediately if you ventilate – window screens would be useful so that you can have lights on and ventilate in the evening. If there are more guests in the building, those above you are unfortunately quite loud when they stomp, talk, etc. The main road is also close by, so it is quite disruptive, especially in the morning when cars start driving. Additionally, the bedroom faces the street, while the kitchen and living room face the quieter garden. Overall, however, these were details that did not significantly bother us. I would also appreciate having soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There was at least hand soap in the WC, but there wasn't even that in the main bathroom.

Very spacious and beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen. Great location in Zillertal valley.

The main downside- when the windows are open you can hear traffic very clearly, which is disappointing. When in Austria countryside, we hoped for a more tranquil apartment. Another issue is getting into the apartment- it is a bit like an escape room. Although the landlord sent us instructions via email (there is no reception), upon arriving we had no idea how to open the safe. Luckily a neighbor saw us looking confused and showed us how to open it (I suppose he is used to helping the guests of this accommodation).

Very comfortable, new and nice apartment located in the beginning of Zillertal. Good for visiting the whole of Inntal as well. Innsbruck is just a drive away.
