Bard's Nest, Crucible Apartment, FREE private parking, 3 mins walk to Birthplace

Apartment very clean and comfortable for sleeping and eating.Good sized room with comfortable couch and large Tv for chilling after a long day. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and good sized walk in shower. Great location and only a 5 min walk into town or 10 to the station. Lots of good places to eat and to walk along the river. Safe parking space behind flat. Nice and cool in the flat with large windows in bedroom to open and blinds to keep the light out. Room is very quiet at night with no sounds coming from anywhere in the building.

The flat was quite large, modern and very clean and had all the mod cons provided It was a central location to restaurants, pubs, shops and the tourist attractions. The walk to everything was basically 5 mins We parked the car in the allocated parking spot and walked the entire time. The car didnot come out till we left. The host - Judy - provided very clear instructions and photos on how to access the flat. The instructions made it so easy. She also provided a folder in the flat of local information to assist with the stay.

There was nothing that i didnot like about this accommodation.

Was ideal location. Nice and clean, good tv, every thing you needed for your stay.

Traffic noise is quite loud with the windows shut. If you slept in the front room you would be woken up also freezer is quite loud. Could do with more than 4 coat hangers

Nice easy 5 minute walk from town centre. Well maintained. Lovely little touches such as welcome pack, shower gel, shampoo even conditioner. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent location. Well equipped. Very quiet. Host was easy to contact and very responsive. Nice touches such as milk and orange juice. Also a bottle of prosecco and glasses as it was my partner's birthday.

Great location, 2 minutes walking and you're in the middle of town. We had everything we needed plus a few items we weren't expecting, ie milk and orange juice left in the fridge for us. Extra pleased with all the instructions dotted around the place, made getting to grips with a new place very quick and easy. Very friendly and informative hostess in Judy and all in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by us. Thank you.

location was excellent, perfect size of apartment and very clean. All the amenities were great, the kitchen was perfect and the bathroom lovely.

the bed was a little soft for us but that’s personal choice.
