it was self catering but plenty of tea and coffee. Comfortable pleasant accommodation and very well presented.

A little bit small, but not excessively so. Otherwise perfect. Not in the centre but not far and conveniently placed on way out of town.

5 star accommodation. A real home from home. Everything you could possibly want when away from home. Far better than any hotel I have stayed both home and abroad.

Excellent accommodation. Convenient for Stratford upon Avon center and attractions. It really made our break enjoyable.

Nice and clean, welcoming with some nice touches. Comfortable too! Very well equipped. Can walk into town.

It’s part of a large house where the (very friendly) owner lives and we had our own private entrance. Not necessarily a negative but you’re aware of other guests and general movement around the house.

Communication was great and the owner met us with the keys, as she lives next door. But couldn't hear anything all weekend. The place was so clean and great decor. Great space for a couple. Thank you so much for the welcome pack of food, snacks, milk, hot choco etc really helped saved us a trip to shops. Great distance to town and supermarkets very close- walking distance. Everything on the doorstep basically. Very quiet at night even though near the road. Good parking space for bikes. Would definitely recommend and definitely be back. Must be the best place we have stayed at. Thank you 😊
