the location of the apartment was ideal for stratford upon avon central. It was very quite and peaceful at the apartment which was lovely.

the apartment was small which was ok for a few days but the amount of small pieces of furniture in a confined space was cluttered. also in the shower room fixtures needed attention such as the loose sink tap and the shower riser was insecure.

This was a very comfortable ground floor apartment. Everything we needed. The host was very friendly and the room was clean and ready on arrival. The host generously provided some little essentials which made us feel welcome.

Great location, and lovely quiet, private accommodation with parking on premises. Good communication from the host and ease to locate and access keys. This is one of the nicest, comfy and well stocked apartments I have stayed in and very spacious. Lovely to arrive to a small surprise of goodies and tea and coffee facilities. It was a fantastic place to relax after returning from our days out in the town. Would definitely return and recommend! :)

Dry wasn’t working or not connected for guests. (But it’s not advertised as an appliance on booking)

Really comfortable and cozy. Everything you need was available and close to the main attractions

Host met me on arrival. Key was in the door already unlocked for me. Apartment had everything we could ask for including tea, coffee, milk and some snacks. It was spacious and extremely clean and comfy. Great base for exploring Stratford Upon Avon. Used Uber to travel around once there which worked out great for us. Would highly recommend.

Toilet was a little noisy if used during the night as it was on some sort of tank system. Overall it wouldn't stop us using again for future stays.

Everything was excellent - great set-up with a well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Really nice touches and thoughtfulness gone into setting up the flat for a comfortable stay. The walk in to town took about 15 mins, and the property is 5 mins walk from a Tesco and a retail park with M&S and lots of other shops. Parking was secure and off road.

The only thing i would say is to make it more clear that you turn into the property immediately at the junction with the main road, but that's a tiny gripe to what was a perfect stay.

The flat was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The presence of a utility room was a bonus.

The location in relation to a very busy road meant leaving was occasionally problematic.
