Bergeralm Chalets by ALPS RESORTS

Great location and nice view from the balcony. Coffee machine was handy and kitchen appliances all good quality. Reception helpful on recommendations for local things to do.

Lots of games in the chalet but these had all been mixed up and most of them incomplete so non of the games were useable. The balcony upstairs had no furniture so could not sit there. Fly nets over windows upstairs were all damaged. Chalet gets hot when temperatures around 30 degrees celsius as no air con. TV reception not great and TV kept cutting out and TV right above sofa so have to sit in kitchen chairs to watch TV.

The area where the property is amazing, however far from major tour attractions in Tyrol. The cleanliness is fantastic, however the kitchen items weren’t.

Furniture is aged specially mattresses and pillows in building 1, the location is a bit far from major tour attractions and also the road you have to pay every day 11 € for going and similarly coming back so it was for us 14 days 22 € daily 😩

Staff were nice and respectful

Not clean Especially cookware, and chalet was full of dust

Every thing , the speacios 2 level flat, three toilets with shower, and the playing area for the kids

No AC in summer

Well equipped apartment with all facilities needed. Easy entry at any hour and the staff is simply great. The apartment was very clean.
