Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Da die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße lag, war der Autoverkehr sehr intensiv wahrzunehmen. Im Badezimmer war durch die kleine Belüftung durch einen Ventilator viel Feuchtigkeit die schlecht abzog (Silberfischen).
