The apartment has been beautifully restored. It has an amazing history and is now very comfortable, well equipped and clean. When you enter the front door you will be amazed. The adjoining parking was an added bonus.

Quiet location short walk from the centre. Secure parking available for a fee but considering the price of the apartment and the various inconveniences we had during our stay if this was genuinely a good host he would have waived the parking fee, but not so.

We were in the ground floor apartment so can hear people in the apartment above. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Old pillows need replacing. Bath towels were grey and had holes in them. All floors were dirty and toilet had not been scrubbed after previous guests which was disgusting. Kitchen items need replacing. We had three frying pans, all were old. Two had various scratches so unusable being non-stick and the third was dirty. Previous guests have written this in their reviews but seems owner doesn’t care. Strange teas were offered and one as loose tea but the tea basket was broken. Extractor fan over the cooker didnt work. When using two hobs at the same time it tripped the electricity. Were told to switch power on and off via text was not helpful and was told must be a one off power surge but others have also mentioned. Sofa in living room needs replacing. Was uncomfortable and stunk. We aren’t the first guests to write these in reviews but seems owners hasn’t taken the advice. Lots of the furniture had scratch marks and our pet allergies flared up whenever inside the apartment which tells us there were pets inside (allergies, scratches and smelly sofa). All the numerous points that we spotted and see others have written in reviews shows that the owner has no interest in maintaining the property to a quality standard, for the price paid it’s not worth it. When advising of our arrival time we were told we couldn’t be any later than 3.30pm because he had a party to go to. If you are running a business with guests you have to accommodate to their schedule, not the other way around but again other guests have stated the same poor experience. Owner needs to repair and replace everything in the apartment and review their hosting style. If visiting Jerez again we would not stay here again.

Very nice place on a great location. Nice details and good self check in. Enjoyed our stay.

Before we arrived we get an overload of messages from the owner. There is a parking space reserved for the apartment inside the building, but once you have booked, you are told that you have to pay for it. But you can park for free a two-minute walk away. That's not a good service. And the airconditioning wasn't working well.

Superleuk apartement in een voormalige bodega. Leuk ingericht, vriendelijke eigenaren, snel contact, en parkeren op locatie. Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf in Jerez!
