Stylish contemporary loft apartment. Very clean & well equipped.

Some initial difficulties accessing the keys but resolved by the staff. The staircase to the bedroom is very steep metal construction and potentially dangerous! Rather cold, the heater didn’t have much effect.

Easy to drive to and a secure parking garage. Lots of space. Close enough to the city centre. A character property with high ceilings and interesting decoration. A nice courtyard for the summer (shared with the other apartments). Responsive hosts. Easy check in and check out. Good wifi.

A damp, musty smell permeated the property. It was difficult to keep warm (in February). There was no kitchen roll (paper towels). Only two dishwasher tabs were provided, and they were broken. The cooking rings were broken and the apartment suffered several power cuts during our stay (the other apartments did not). Bottles of toiletries in the shower were unlabeled, so we couldn't tell what was shampoo or conditioners. The extractor fan in the bathroom was dirty (full of dust). The non-stick cooking pans were very scratched. The kitchen was dark (only 1 downlight worked on the extractor fan).

Spacious, nicely furnished and the ability to park right outside very helpful. Bed was comfy. Juan sent lots of recommendations for places to eat/visit and things to do.

It’s located next to a building site, there was black mould in the bathroom, the extractor fan was filthy, some of the lights flicker, the various unlabelled keys are a pain, it doesn’t feel too safe walking back at night and I lived there for years. A few maintenance issues, the shower doesn’t drain properly and quite a few electrical sockets are loose. It’s essentially a garage so it’s very cold in the winter and the tiny electric heater doesn’t cut it. Collecting the keys is a bit like the crystal maze.

Nice apartment as described in a safe neighbourhood.

Location

The check-in process was awful. We informed the host of our arrival time, but no one was there when we arrived. Calls went unanswered, and after sending multiple messages—and even looking for alternative accommodation—we were finally contacted by the host, who said they were working and “loose with time.” This is unacceptable, especially when traveling with a 7-month-old baby. The check-in instructions were also convoluted and unclear.
