Clean modern apartment in good location within walking distance to everything.

Uncomfortable beds, noise from traffic, old cheap coffee machine that did not take Nespresso or similiar capsules. But most annoying, faulty lock at outside gate. Most inconvenient trying to get in.

the proximity to all the local amenities. the property is modern, fresh and quiet. The balcony is a little sun trap.
