Everything! The apartment had most things we needed and is in the perfect location with free parking right outside. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony and the front door walks you right out onto a lovely pool which was generally very quiet as a lot of the apartments are lived in so the tenants work during the day. Saturday mornings were a little busier. From the pool area, you can directly access the beach too which did seem to be busy every day but there is a life guard for swimming and also some natural pools further along. There's plenty to eat and drink right on your doorstep or you can walk 30-40 mins to Los Gigantes which is a beautiful walk and safe at night time. There are also a few lovely bars and restaurants along the way depending on the route you choose so you don't have to go all the way - we loved exploring the coast. The area itself has more than enough going on that you won't get bored, but it's quiet enough to avoid the usual tourist stuff and Los Gigantes has plenty of excursions and things to do. It essentially has all the good bits you want... without the bad bits! We also drove to other parts of the island a couple of times when we wanted to explore further afield (which confirmed how happy we were with the area we chose to stay). Even though it was 30 degrees every day the apartment itself was cool enough at night time, even without aircon. There is a fan and the sea air comes through the apartment, we did not notice the heat inside or on the balcony really. It was nice to be able to choose between chilling in the sea breeze on the balcony or catching sun and roasting by the pool - like two different worlds! Luis the host is fantastic - very friendly with excellent communication and the check in and check out process was very easy. We'd really recommend this apartment or any other apartment Luis has because he's been a wonderful host.

Just a couple of things needed a little love (e.g. the handle of the balcony door kept falling off and there chair on the balcony was also broken) but it wasn't an issue. We could've benefitted from more towels and toilet rolls too and possibly an extra chair on the balcony but otherwise, the apartment was perfect.

Convenient spacious apartment in a great location. I highly recommend the host. We will definitely use the service again. Good facilities, very clean and nice rooms. The apartment is near the swimming pool and is close to the beach. Location is perfect as the district is safe with lots of small shops and restaurants. The host is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. He also recommended to us some touristic destinations and places to eat. The charco natural pool, which is pretty close to the apartment, is worth visiting. It was a wonderful holiday.

Everything was great!

Located next to the beach, shops and restaurants. Pool is large and the complex is secure, quiet and relaxed. Well serviced with public transport. Luis was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had.

Nothing, we had a great stay

The owner sent us detailed instructions how to find property and collect the keys ahead of time. Seamless comms, very kind and helpful, have checked on us periodically if anything is required during our stay. The location is perfect, the pool is amazing, the water is clean and pool renovated. The apartment is located right at the pool entrance and a few steps away from the beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants everything is just a few steps away. 2km to Los Gigantes and its a great walk. This place would suit a couple or a small family and those who have difficulty walking. If we are back to Tenerife i would be considering this place again, very handy and great amenities.

There is nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay a lot! This area is quite windy, always big waives at the beach, but pool is always an alternative. Apartment might benefit from having additional toilet paper, beach/pool towels and shampoo. There is a shop nearby where all of the above could be found.

Excellent location. La Arena beach is almost as if it was in your garden. You leave the apartment, go through the pool area and open the back door that lead to the beach. Apartment is very spacious and the whole complex was very quiet when we used it (December). Hassle free contact with the owner.

Kitchen equipment was quite basic. I wouldn't mind some bowls or mugs. Also it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower or soap dish in the bathroom. Maybe some extra bins for those who want to segregate their rubbish? Small things really, nothing major.

Apartment has a great location - it is the only one complex directly at the beach Playa de la Arena (with great pool too). Everything is near (beach, bars, grocery, bus station), but it is still very calm and the only thing you can hear is the ocean 💙I very much appreached barrier free access (I was travelling with a stroller). Apartment has everything you need - you feel like staying in your aunt´s summer flat :) Luis - the owner - has been very helpful (thanks again!). Would definitely stay again!
