Vermieter sehr angenehm, habe ihn auch auf den genannten Missstand hingewiesen. Einsichtig!

Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung…, viele kleine Flecken überall in der Wohnung verteilt, Decke als auch Wände, Dusche. Dringende Renovierung nötig für diesen Mietpreis!! Wenige Kellerasseln auch in der Wohnung.🤷‍♂️
