The apartment has everything you need and offers great value for money. Although the nearby beach isn't very appealing, it takes only 15-20 minutes to drive to Mas Palomas, which, in my humble opinion, is the best beach on the island. The hosts provided extra pillows about 30 minutes after I made my request, and they respond almost immediately. That level of service alone deserves a 9-star rating.

1. The air conditioner needs to be refilled with coolant. Because there isn't enough coolant, the air conditioner runs continuously even when you set the temperature to 23-24 degrees Celsius. Additionally, it tends to leak after prolonged use, leaving marks on the wall. On one occasion, water even pooled at the base of the wall below the air conditioner. 2. The neighborhood is somewhat worn down, but it is completely safe. If you rent a car, the location becomes less of an issue. 3. No anti-mosquito nets on the windows. I would like to see those nets to keep flying and crawling bugs away.

The apartment is self catering. There is a supermarket within walking distance, some small cafe/bars and a cash point within walking distance.

Excellent host, very helpful and communicative. We love the rooftop terrace for some private sunbathing.
