Apartments City Liptov

Fireplace makes place very cozy. Good location, with free parking.

There is very bad water pressure in the shower. Water boiler make loud noise when someone opens the faucet even at another apartment.

It was our 2nd stay with this host but in different appartment in the same house. Apartment is very roomy in great location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. It was well heated, which is often not the case for other appartments. It has garrage, which is great asset. Checking in instructions were very clear, and host was contactable via WhatsApp and phone.

There were issues with the garage access because tenants of the neighbouring block of flats were parking too close to the garage. They either can not park or did it on purpose because there was space to park differently. Host tried to reason with them but without much success. We could just about get in and out in a Golf size car and me guiding my brother. With larger car or driver without assistance, it would not work.

This property had a good location very walkable to town and the kayaking course, it was clean and well-appointed with plenty of cookware, soap, plates, etc.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing a busy street and sidewalk, so it was hard to open the windows and shades, and it could be fairly noisy.

On arrival, it turned out that the rented room had been arranged in a former pub, so the room was high, very spacious and well-lit thanks to large windows. In the closed yard there is a gazebo and, among other things, the possibility of making a barbecue. There were no problems with parking - there were free spaces every day right in front of the entrance to the building. A really nice and comfortable place for a family with small children.

There is a lot of equipment and accessories in the room - it would be worth doing a thorough cleaning and dusting. Although the kitchen is well-equipped and encourages cooking, unfortunately there is no hood over the stove, which is why kitchen smells fill the entire apartment.

There were some issues found in apartment related with light, night lamp and one electrical socket. They were all repaired the next day. Issues were most probably experienced by previous guests, but unfortunately not reported to the owners. Dear visitors: when you see the issue please report it immediately! Otherwise, the owner doesn't have a chance to know and repair it and next guest has a problem while arriving.
