The apartment it’s nice, however the location it is not save. I can’t recommend this place.

The apartment it’s located in an unsafe location.

The apartment is located in a safe area and has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the Laguito area. There are nice beaches nearby and a great breakfast/coffee shop in front of the property. The apartment has most of the basic features including a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a couch, a balcony with seating, and a laundry room. It is nicely decorated with a modern style. The beds were comfortable and had good functioning AC, which is really important in Cartagena. The apartment is in a quiet area.

You have to pay through a transfer to the owner from a local bank, I'm not sure how they deal with international reservations. We had to pay $1.5 USD (7000 pesos) for each person to get paper bracelets during our stay, this price was not included in the reservation, and we hated having to wear them for days, it was uncomfortable and we felt them dirty after swimming in the ocean and spending time at the beach. The pool area closes way too early, at 6:00 pm, right when the weather would make it enjoyable. The complex has two doors but you HAVE to access through the front, the streets were flooded during our stay and many cabs wouldn't take us to the front, they offered to take us only to the back (also, this door would be closer to Cartagena main attractions). The apartment didn't have all the basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. There weren't outlets (or a lamp) near the beds to charge your phone or computer.

It has a great view of the lake, place was clean and Angélica was very helpful

Everything was great

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic, 12th floor! Pool was clean and private. Location is quiet. Markets and restaurants close by. Great wifi. Air-conditioning worked perfectly though didn't need it except in late afternoon.

The location and the apartment had everything that you could need for your stay.

The only issue is the apartment is a little bit outdated, but that is nitpicking.
