Everything was great!

It was close to Jasna Chopok ski resort.

We got an apartment on the ground floor. Unfortunately it was much shabbier and older than in the photos. The wall in the bedroom was totally wet ( photo) the floor by the windows, too and in spite of the fact the temperature was set for 24 degrees the flat was cold. You have to pay for coffe capsules (1 euro) Everywhere where we stayed - if these were left, you could have them free. Very bad pillows, they were almost empty inside. Sauna costs 39 euros for 2 hours, hot tub is 25 euros for one hour while you can use the Spa of the 4 star hotel next door paying 15 euros for 2 hours! The host is extremely rude and impolite. We booked 4 nights for 2 childten and 2 adults. In the very last moment it turned out the baby sitter can accompany us. By arrival I talked with the host and immediately told her about it. Later in writing she called me a liar threatening us throwing the baby sitter out of the apartment. Then she said we have to pay 100 euros. I had nothing against it, agreed and I told her - no problem. After that she wrote me 4 times within 2 hours. I felt like we are being harrassed by this lady, together with her scandal. Of course as the children fell asleep I made the transfer for her. We did not get any invoice or recept of the payment. The towels for the 3rd adult never arrived. I dont recommend this apartment to anyone, avoid if you can!

Vera spacious apartment with all needed facilities. Located in quite area near the ski bus stop, shop and restaurants.

The house is on a quiet street, a little shop and the bus stop for the skibus are only 4-5 minutes by feet. A few restaurants are in the near too. The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The view is very nice from the windows to the mountains. The owner is very kindly and helpful, she replied quickly to the messages, she is available on phone, and if you have any problem, she can manage it recordly fast.

The property has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The hosts are very nice, they helped us out with an issue we had with our car. Communication was easy. The apartment is big and spacious, and it is equipped with everything you need. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is a big plus. The whole apartment was spotless clean and warm. The bus station is at about 200m, so if you don't want to go with your personal car to the slopes, it is easy to get to get the bus. Parking is in front of the house. The garden is well kept and has lots of facilities. There is a sauna and hot tub which you can use for an extra fee. During summer, there is also a trampoline for the kids, sun beds and a barbecue.
