The location and the building was very good. There where few elevators for the amount of people living in the building, but it was okey. The view from the balcony was also very nice.

The apartment was very unhygienic. The bed, pillows, towels, couches. All disgusting. We found cockroaches every day. There where about 4 beds in the apartment and they had only changed the sheets on the big bed so all other beds stank of sweat from previous people. To few toilet papers where given so we had to contact the host all the time. The host just showed up at our door and we where not home. No planning. There was also no hot water in the shower, the option for hot water didn’t even exist. There was only an on and off for cold water. They also take extra fees. One fee for the building and another for the host to clean the apartment?! That was what she said. Very ridiculous.. am I supposed to pay extra for the host to provide a clean apartment? The price for the apartment in general was fair, but we got a little irritated from all this extra fees. You feel fooled. This place should be renovated and they should throw out all the furniture. It was very irritating to connect to Wi-Fi. There was a username and password written on a note but they were wrong! Wrong username and the letters in the password where written with capitals when they should not have been. We figured it out eventually but it’s a very unnecessary inconvenience. Write down the right username and password!

The real bonus is the price, well decorated and the easy contact with the host
