SPINALE casa in centro, arrivi con gli sci! SANIFICAZIONE A VAPORE

Apartment in a very good location, near skilift to Spignale and near skibus stop. Its great that there are two bathrooms, however one of them could be renovated. Apartment was clean, well equipped, and there is big living room (with tiny kitchen) nicely seperated from the sleeping part.

There are two rooms with bunk beds. It would be good to Invest in new bunk beds, as these were quite small and less comfortable for an adult person. Also one bathroom (with bath) requires renovation.

Perfect communication.

The location was very good. Very close to the ski lift Spinale. Warm rooms. Good communication before the arrival.

Hot water from the shower lasted for 2 people max. Very old furniture especially bunk beds- they were terribly noisy without any security on the upper deck. Furniture and equipment was used and partly deteriorated. Coffee machine didn’t work. Pan was old and degraded. Permanent dirt in parts of bathrooms. The apartment looks much better on the photos. Not enough light in the rooms. The small bedrooms with bunk beds were claustrophobic and almost impossible to sleep. Terrible value to money! The place needs full renovation and upgrade of the equipment and furniture.

The location is really positive point of the house

The rooms are quite small for 2 adults + luggages.

We really enjoyed the location, the double bathroom and the overall comfort of the apartment.

The kitchen is perhaps a bit dated, but still ok for a rental.
