tbh! I have no negative feedbacks to tell about this place because it was perfect and everything was well organised and satisfied than I expected also the owners of the property are warm welcoming with a greater hospitality no matter what time it is they didn't hesitate to respond us when we are in need of something.

but I would request to anyone who needs to go there to get their own vehicle with them or rent a vehicle because you need to walk a lot for specific destinations such as supermarkets, train stations etc...

The villa itself and the large patio garden with an outdoor shower was amazing, I felt like I was staying at my grandma's <3 I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the home on our arrival – I can imagine how much time it takes to clean the huge home and all the furnishings, but it was really so clean everywhere! Even on the frames of the numerous pictures on the walls there was no sign of dust! Next point, surely a matter of taste, but I really loved the antique touch of the home – it felt a bit like a museum at first: with very real-looking pages from La mode Illustrée dating back to 1870s, vintage accessories in a display shelf behind glass, a funny telephone like my great-grandma had and so on. Each room had an air conditioner which is surely a blessing in summer, but we also appreciated it in November to warm up the large reception room. In the kitchen, there was everything you need and even more, also Maria and Anna made sure that the basics were there: tea, coffee, salt/pepper and olive oil. Finally, can't leave unnoticed the warmheartedness of Maria and Anna, amazing hosts, always there at the guests' disposal and super friendly and attentive! Thank you for our little escape from dark November and the pre-Christmas stress!

The warm water in the bathroom (shower and bath) ran out pretty quickly, so that I could not take a shower straight after my sister – you need to wait for a while for the water to warm up again. But after some time you get used to this. And the main reception room is a bit too dark even on sunny days – french doors to the terrace are the only "windows" in the room. This is probably great in the summer months, but in November I missed the daylight a little. Also (but this has nothing to do with the hosts or the villa), the two dogs in the neighbour's courtyard make a lot of noise, especially in the mornings, but also during the day. And they bark at you quite aggressively every time you pass the main gate of the villa (the neighbour's courtyard is just on the other side of the fence). To me – someone who is panically afraid of big dogs, going to the beach was a bit of a challenge every time, but as with everything, you get used to it, and after a week I learned to go in and out without clinging to my sister.

The apartment is nice and well furnished. A nice garden in the shade from trees takes you time for rest. Close to see beech location.

Village have problem with garbage collection.

The property is spacious inside and out and well-appointed. It is fairly luxurious. It is right near the beach, and walking to the beach is really simple straight-shot. There is nice private parking on a gated road. There is an outside shower that is really useful after coming back from the beach. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances (huge fridge). The grill outside was fun to use. The hostess even gave us a bottle of wine as a greeting present. I really do recommend this place. It was great and it was a great value.

The bed was a bit short.

A marvelous house, very beautiful and clean. very cosy and comfortable! the hostess is admirable, very considerate. the location is very fine as well, the sea is beautiful. would be happy to come back! Maria, grazie mille!
