MYThe instructions were so clear and it was easy for us to check in. Kindly add instructions for motorbike riders as well next time.
The washing machine wasn't functioning well. The wifi didn't work eventhough used the password the agent/owner gave. The floorboard near to the bathroom in thr double bed room was broken and so unpleasant looking. The shower wasn't good as well. The time we stayed the hot water didn't work.

MVI had an awesome stay at I-City Hill10 DoubleTree in Shah Alam. The place was clean, comfortable, and very easy to settle into. Accessing the keys was simple and convenient, and the location is a big plus—right near the mall, so everything you need is close by. Highly recommended for a smooth and comfortable stay.
