Location was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very tired. It was nothing like the lovely photos advertised. The apartment needs a complete overhaul to get it up to scratch with the photos.

Had a smooth sailing stay at apartment 28 Greta! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was sooo comfy and the bathroom was really good too with an amazing hot shower with great pressure. There's a small kitchen with a microwave and utensils. So overall the room is just nice and everything worked as it should be. The whole place/complex was very quiet during my stay. Greta is right at the end of the last building and upstairs, hence it was super super quiet and private and I slept so well! After reading so many bad reviews about ppl having a hard time locating the apartment, I decided to check it out a day before and turned out it was easy enough. I didn't have any problem finding a parking either (just be careful and go slow as the parking area is quite tight). There are constructions around but I stayed in the weekend so there's no noise disturbance whatsoever (I was out the whole day anyway). You can't beat the location! It's very central and you can walk to all the amazing cafes and restaurants. I didn't deal with any staff as I didn't need to, but the communication through this app was good.

- STAIRS! Hahaha 🤣 Greta is located right at the end of the last building in the complex and it's upstairs, which made my stay super quiet and private, BUT it also meant there were more steps and stairs for me to walk from the car park to the room. So I had to make multiple trips to load/unload all my stuff 😂 but all good!!! It's a good exercise for sure LOL But if you can't climb stairs for whatever reason, you should specify it to the staff and/or avoid booking the rooms upstairs. - Lastly, for whatever reason I wasn't given a shower mat?? So I had to dry my feet with my towels after shower to avoid water dripping all over the place. But this is also not a biggie.

Good shower pressure comfortable bed location close to main street but that is not important in Margaret River

Noisy dirty fridge, dirty sticky table, dirty windows flyscreen that let in no light , smelly dirty microwave , no dishwashing cleaning clothes and just overall a rundown unit that needs painted/renovated
