A estrutura do condomínio é ótima, o flat é de um tamanho grande, o condomínio tem lavanderia compartilhada, o que é ótimo e o apartamento fica próximo da lavanderia, academia e loja de conveniência.

O condomínio é na beira do rio e não do mar. Você precisa caminhar 10min. dentro do condomínio para chegar no rio e a única coisa que tem perto é a igreja, o resto é longe. O flat estava limpo por cima, a limpeza precisa de uma atenção melhor. E já apresenta sinais de que precisa de uma manutenção, marco da porta quebrado, gaveta emperrada.. Nada que atrapalhasse nossa viagem, mas ficam as dicas. Ah o flat é no terceiro andar, com acesso somente por escadas e tem uma parte sem cobertura para chuva.
