Lovely stay here ! Perfect location for a couple who likes walking ! Didn’t need to check out at a certain time which was a life saver!

Ultra modern property in every aspect , with every need catered for . Our whole family party to include a young child enjoyed the stay from the minute we arrived until leaving one week later. Peaceful location, 2 mins from coast, near several restaurants, super markets and golf courses.

Near approach to airport so inevitable aircraft noise. Better when wind changed so they were arriving rather than departing!

To start with, the communication from Tom from the initial booking to departure was excellent. He made some recommendations for restaurants in the area which were very good. The Villa itself is in excellent order , clean and tidy.The wifi works throughout the villa and outside too. We were even provided with beach towels which is a first. The swimming pool was a bit small if you are a swimmer , more for cooling off in the hot weather. The pool was heated and was also cleaned when we stayed there.The location suited us but a car would be recommended. There is good access to a rocky beach with access to the sea in many areas. You can also walk to the restaurants along the sea path which takes around 20 mins. By car around 10 mins. The villa is an a quiet residential area which is clean and well looked after. If someone is looking for you. If you are looking for peaceful surroundings, walking ,maybe golf , snorkelling, Swimming in the sea and a general chill out this is for you. Having stayed in many properties over the last 35 years, I would without hesitation recommend. We shall certainly be back.

Very difficult to find any negatives for the property and service

We loved the space and the privacy that the villa offered. It was very quiet and tranquil. The villa is very well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Very modern. The host was very helpful and available for any questions we had.

Pool could be a bit bigger . You loose the sun about 4pm . You could hear the neighbours A/C or pool filter system from early morning (in the end bedroom).

A wonderful villa at a stone’s (or rather golf ball’s) throw from the ocean. Peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood and a great host: you don’t need much more to have a great stay!

The property is in a great location. Although it is close to the airport, there is no noise and very safe and quiet. The host / management company were excellent giving us a video of how to get into the property before arrival. Great communication with the management agent, he always answered questions and were very accommodating with our afternoon flight.
