The hosts were friendly. Close enough to town, yet on farm. Large dam is interesting swimming opportunity.

The lady we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating, it was clean and a beautiful place to be in nature.

We were sworn at and spoken to in a very rude manner by the husband for using the shower towels to swim! (we are respectable and considerate people, we kept the towels clean and out of any outdoor dirt). This could have definitely been addressed in a more professional manner. We did appreciate the wife apologizing for this. The accommodation does not provide swimming towels for the dam that they have on the property-which people should be informed of in advance. There is no pool, as advertised. There are not 2 bedrooms, as one would expect. There is a open space loft upstairs, so the 'second bedroom' is not private. This might be uncomfortable for some people.

The owner never came to welcome us in person. No pool. Only 2 toilet rolls for 5 days. No place was indicated as to where to empty bin. No generator provided during loadshedding. No cleaning detergents provided to clean toilet.
