The location was perfect

The venue was not fit for a family.

Beautiful area. Central location between Ceres and Koue Bokkeveld.

The location was perfect. The view perfect. I see myself at this location during winter with snow on the mountains. The host went that extra mile when we need to stay some extra days for work purposes.

What is there not to like about!

Excellent location. The view is perfect. The "swimming pool" was the best. I will definitely visit for a vacation too. Will recommend this for everyone that need to relax out of town.

What is there not to like?

Unfortunately, we did not get to use the Rondawel due to water damage, but we were moved to a very cute little cottage in town but only 4 a minute drive from the farm. The Hamlet Cottage was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The drives to the dam were the best, Port Alfred Hamlet is a gorgeous little town. We fell in love with it! Time spent at the dam was our high, the beauty of the dam, its surroundings and just the peacefullnes had us in absolute awe! Thank you to Corli and Peet, our gracious hosts. They made our stay as comfortable as possible and were only a call away! Appreciated their kindness.

All was great !

Excellent service since we arrived on the property. Hosts continuously communicate the location/asked whether we need anything, explained in-person about the activities on the farm and made effort to make it a lovely week on a working farm. Kids enjoyed swimming in the dam and being able to feed the animals. We loved the walks on the farm, quietness and beautiful yet practical rondawel that we stayed in. Was big enough for us (6 people).
